Can you manage a small hotel? The goal is to do everything to make guests feel comfortable. They have too many needs - cup of coffee, newspapers, TV, room cleaning and so on. And the faster they get what they need - the more tips you will earn. In fact, this game has unbelievable number of things to take care of, even the plant watering.
Jane’s Hotel is a time management game, like Wedding Dash or Cake Mania. But it has some interesting features that wasn’t yet implemeted.
The main difference of Jane’s Hotel is a huge task queue. You have many tasks - and you can click on each of them in any order an then just watch Jane and the maid completing them. I can’t tell you how great is this idea, you have to try it! Instead of keeping everything in mind, you can just put it into the queue and wait until it will be done.
You can group tasks to do them faster and to get larger profit. Unlike the other time management games, in Jane’s Hotel you have to group tasks in different way. If a first task that you want to group have been completed until you defined the second one, they won’t be grouped. Let me explain that.
Lets say, two of your guests wants a cup of coffee. Click on the coffee machine and then on the first guest. And while Jane is carrying coffee, quickly click on the coffee machine again and then on the second guest. Jane will bring them coffee without going back to the coffee machine for a second cup. And it means that these tasks were grouped. If you will click on the coffee machine and the second guest after the coffee will be delivered to the first guest, Jane will go back to the coffee machine to take another cup and carry it to the second guest. That means that the tasks are not grouped.
In Jane’s Hotel, you have to buy upgrades to be able to charge more from guests. The upgrades can be purchased only in certain order, because you have to earn enough money and gain some reputation to buy them. Don’t ask me why you can’t buy, for example, a couch and TV to the hall without the proper reputation of the hotel. Leave this question to developers But in the world of this game, you can’t buy usual stuff if the reputation of your hotel is not enough. Even if you have plenty of money.
There is no expert goal in Jane’s Hotel, you just need to earn enough to pass to another level. And this is probably the worst thing in this game. No expert goal means no reason to make more money when the goal is reached. They can’t be spent on additional upgrades because of the reputation limits. There is no real challenge without the expert goal.
Anyway, Jane’s Hotel is a perfect game to play. Perhaps, it will help me to find the answer on a simple question - are there ghosts in the hotels?
